Delete Your Account

AI Girlfriend: Companion Chat by Astra Development

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the App, without contacting us.

In the App:

Open the Profile tab
Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete my account"
Confirm

What is deleted

Your anonymous account identifier
All conversations, memories, call transcripts and photos you sent
Your custom companions and their generated images and videos
Your preferences, quiz answers, display name and avatar
Your gem balance (gems have no monetary value and are not refundable)

Deletion is immediate in the App and completed on our servers within 30 days. Purchase records held by Apple, Google and our payment processor are kept as required by law; an active subscription must be cancelled separately in your device's account settings.

Without access to the App

If you no longer have the App installed, email us at contact@astra-dev.fr from the device you used, or with any information that helps us identify your account, and we will delete it within 30 days.
