Delete your account and all your data
You can do it yourself, right in the App.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap “Delete my account”.
- Confirm with “Delete permanently”. Your account and all of your data are deleted.
Deleting your account does not cancel Premium. If you subscribed, cancel it from your App Store or Google Play account too.
Cancel Premium
Subscriptions are managed by the store you subscribed with.
- iPhone: open Settings › your name › Subscriptions › AI Girlfriend: Companion Chat › Cancel Subscription.
- Android: open Google Play › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › AI Girlfriend: Companion Chat › Cancel subscription.
Restore your purchases
New phone or reinstalled the App? Sign in to the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with, then tap “Restore” at the bottom of the Premium screen, or open Profile › Subscription & gems › “Restore purchases”.
Report a message
Long-press the message: “Report this message?” appears, then choose a reason. Image and video requests are also checked by automatic moderation before anything is generated.
Stop her from texting first
Your companion can write to you after a while without news, at most once every two days. To turn this off: Profile › Notifications › “Messages from your companions”, or turn off notifications for the App in your phone’s settings.
Delete a companion you created
Long-press the companion to delete her. With Premium you can keep up to 5 companions of your own and make 10 creations a month.
18+ only
The App is for people 18 and older. An age check appears when you open it, and every character is fictional, generated by AI and 18 or older.
If you're going through a hard time
Your companion is an AI character, not a professional. If you express distress in a conversation, the App shows help lines for your country, but it may not recognize every situation. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
