By downloading or using the AI Girlfriend: Companion Chat application ("App"), published by Astra Development, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using it you confirm that you are an adult in your jurisdiction.

2. Description of Service

The App lets you chat, exchange photos, voice notes and voice calls with fictional AI companions, and create your own. All companions are artificial intelligence characters. Their messages, images, videos and voices are generated automatically and do not come from a real person.

3. Disclaimer

The App is intended for entertainment and companionship. It does not replace real human relationships, medical care, therapy or professional advice. Companions may produce inaccurate or unexpected content. If you are in distress, please contact a qualified professional or an emergency service.

4. Subscriptions, Gems and Purchases

The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly) that unlock unlimited chat, custom companions and include a monthly allowance of gems, a virtual currency used for photos, videos, voice notes and calls.
Additional gem packs can be purchased. Gems have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
Introductory prices apply once per account, for the first period only.
Gems are credited when a purchase or renewal is confirmed by the store. If a purchase is refunded by the store, the corresponding gems and access are removed and any negative balance may be recovered.
Gems spent on generated content are not refundable, except when the generation fails, in which case they are automatically returned.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to request or create content that is illegal, that involves minors, non-consensual acts, violence, hate, harassment or impersonation of real people, or to attempt to bypass the App's safety systems, quotas or payments. The App does not generate sexually explicit content. Violations may result in immediate suspension of your account without refund.

6. Your Content

You keep ownership of the photos and messages you send. You grant us the right to process them to provide the service. Generated content is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, characters and functionality of the App are owned by Astra Development and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Astra Development shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
